FAQ's

• We have (20) rectangular 8ft. farmhouse tables
• (8) folding 5ft. round tables
• (7) cocktail tables with stools
•  Farm tables will seat up to 10 people depending on setup
•  Additional folding tables are available onsite

• We have 250 chairs available on the property included in your venue rental.

• The main portion of the venue excluding the suites and kitchen is roughly 40ft.  x  80ft.

• The max capacity of the venue is 250 people.

• The White Dove Barn has set pricing based on a daily rental.  Smaller sized weddings, reception only or ceremony only weddings are all subject to the same reservation cost.

• We can accommodate approximately 150 cars in our parking lot.  We do have additional parking available onsite.

We don't require you to reserve vendors from our preferred list, but we highly encourage couples to utilize our long list of well-loved and recommended vendors! 

• Wedding Coordinators & Bartenders must be reserved through The White Dove Barn. 
• Caterers must be licensed and insured by the TN Health Department.

• The White Dove Barn allows access starting at 10 am on your event day.
• Weekday rentals (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday) 10am to 10pm
• Weekend rentals (Friday & Saturday) 10am to 11pm
• Same day rehearsal, arrive at the venue at 9am.

• Friday rehearsals are subject to availability.  If the venue is booked the day prior to your event, Tuesday-Thursday practice rehearsals are an option, subject to availability or the morning of your event.

• Same day rehearsals are a great option! You can arrive at the venue at 9am as opposed to a 10am entry.

• Yes, we actually have several exclusive coordinators for the venue.   

• The White Dove Barn can host an indoor ceremony for up to 250 people.  After the ceremony we transition the venue into a reception space for your guests. The venue has an 80 ft long covered veranda that will provide coverage until the reception conversion is complete.

• We have automatic screens  on the pavilion sides and a covered patio for cocktail hour.

• If there is a chance of rain or storms, your wedding planner will reach out to you regarding a rain plan.

• We have 5 arbors available for you to choose from, located in your Aisle Planner account. 

• Yes, alcohol is allowed at our venue.

• Please request a copy of our contract for a full list of guidelines.
